The cost for providing you time-saving services depends on the timing and scope of your project. Additional fees apply for weekend and holiday work. A minimum of one hour is required for any service. We ask for a minimum of 24-hours for service requests and cancellations.

20-Hour Package $400
($20 per hour)
Includes up to 20 hours per MONTH 

• Each additional hour is billed at $20.00

• Does not include 35¢ per mileage fee

•  Hours do not carryover

8-Hour Package $200
($25 per hour)

Includes up to 8 hours per MONTH

• Each additional hour is billed at $25.00

•  Does not include 35¢ per mileage fee

• Hours do not carryover

Pay As You Go Hourly Service

($30 per hour)

Payment:

•  Cash or Local checks accepted at time of service.

•  Pre-pay through Visa / MC / DSC / & Debit, securely via PayPal

• All payments must be made IN FULL upon completion of service or pre-paid. All Packages are prepaid. We do NOT send invoices. Our service is a "Pay As You Go" service. Funds for purchases must be provided up front. Reimbursement for expenses incurred on your behalf will always be expected at the time of errand completion

For Extended Service Area:

• Two hour minimum appointment required.  

Policies:

Client Privacy:
All Client information, including personal and appointment information is strictly confidential. We do not give this out to anyone.  Your business is your business!

Returned Check Fee
$25 for returned checks.

Service Area:

The Local Service Area is San Diego County.

Mileage Charges:
35¢ per mile traveled is charged in addition to the hourly rates. This is for gas, auto upkeep and maintenance. 

Mileage "to" and "from" your location (from my business) is added to your bill. The return trip is based on original travel mileage "to" your location. Distance and route is figured by mapping programs such as Mapquest® or Yahoo Travel®

Calculation of Hourly Rate:
Hourly charges begin from time we depart "to" your location and end after all errands/tasks are complete,  plus calculation of the "return" trip back to the office. The Return travel time is added to your bill based on original travel time "to" your location. 

Additional Time:
After the first hour (or after two hours in Extended area) additional time is billed in 15 minute increments.

Rush Service:
Rush Service or Last Minute requests may be billed an additional hourly charge. Please contact me for exact pricing.
